The weather isn’t the only thing heating up in KC, HopCat is as well. Our second monthly beer dinner is here and in full force! Join us at HopCat the 30th of May for an exciting food and beer combo. Bobby Bananas is at it again creating a superb off-menu list that is sure to send your taste buds into a spiral of ecstasy. Grant, our Tallgrass rep will be in-house to give a little more history about Tallgrass and tell you all about these amazing beers!

Top Rope— 6% – American IPA
First Course: Fried Fish Cakes w/ Remoulade Sauce
Flaky white fish blended with onions & peppers served on creamy remoulade sauce.
Key Lime Pie – 4.2%% – American Sour w/ Lime Peel
Second Course: Deconstructed Chopped Salad w/ Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette
Leaf lettuce with thick cut salami and smoked chicken on top. Followed by tomatoes, celery, red onion, and black olives. Drizzled with Raspberry Jam reduced creamy vinaigrette.
Raspberry Jam – 4.3% – Berliner Weisse w/ Raspberry Purée
Third Course: Cajun Chicken Cordon Blue w/ Grilled Asparagus & Hollandaise Sauce
Velvet Rooster – 8.5% – Belgian-Style Tripel
Dessert: Devil’s Food Cake w/ White Chocolate Vanilla Malt Frosting
Moist chocolate cake topped with a vanilla bean frosting with crushed vanilla malt crumbs
