We know why you love brunch. Pancakes, maple syrup and bacon paired with coffee, most likely whiskey. Trust us, we love brunch as well.
This is why we let our imperial oatmeal stout, Breakfast Pirate, brewed with maple and finished with vanilla, rest for over a year in bourbon barrels. We then blended it, bumped up the overall presence of vanilla and maple to create a decadent variant we lovingly call Brunch Pirate.
Opening up with a huge aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, fig and sweet vanilla, expect this stout finish with a full body and smooth barrel sweetness. We recommend sharing over a sticky stack of pancakes.
