This month we bring you a beer dinner with Ballast Point. This time of the year most people are wanting to be out fishing. Since Ballast Point is all about nautical adventure we figured we should team up and bring you an awesome event. Charlie, from Ballast Point, will be in house with us at HopCat to give a little background on Ballast Point.

Ballast Point Beer Dinner Courses
- Orange Vanilla Fathom – 7% — India Pale Lager w/ Orange & Vanilla
- Crispy Calamari: Deep fried calamari, only the coasts could keep up with this dish. Served with a side of Thai Chili Aioli dipping sauce
- Thai Chili Wahoo – 4.5% – Belgian-Style Witbier w/ Thai Chile & Lime
- Caesar Salad: House made dressing, croutons, & Parmesan Tuile
- Grunion – 5.5% – American Pale Ale
- Salmon Piccata on Angel Hair: Grilled salmon on a bed of angel hair topped with a creamy piccata sauce.
- Pescadero Pilsner – 6.4% – American Lager
- Apple Cinnamon Tart: Flaky puff pastry topped with a apple, lemon juice, cinnamon concoction.
- Cinnamon Raisin Commodore – 6.5% – American Stout w/ Cinnamon & Raisin
