Can you Dig?

Like a spring salad with a sawdust dressing, it tastes like a health-nut beer…until the alcohol hits. Deschutes Conflux No. 2 will give you a mild hit of spice and herb flavor with a healthy bitter. After a few sips, thanks to the strong alcohol content, you’ll enjoy. There’s not really an aftertaste but a mild “after-warm.”

This is a mature, sophisticated beer. You will not find familiar, comforting flavors here. If you are a beer enthusiast and are “experienced” (in a Jimmy Hendrix sort of way), chances are you’ll dig this beer. And digging it is half the battle.
